New Year’s Eve Premium Tasting Menu

As we bid farewell to the year, guests can indulge in a one-night-only dinner menu featuring Thinly Sliced Chu Toro with Chili Ponzu, Coriander, and Garlic Crisps, Wagyu and Black Truffle Nigiri; Hokkaido Scallop with Umeboshi Butter and Mentaiko, Chef's Premium Sushi Platter; Miso Marinated Black Cod Wrapped in Hoba Leaf, Japanese Wagyu A5 Grade with Signature Sauces and more. Zuma has also specially curated a dessert platter filled with elegant festive treats.

In addition to the dazzling festivities, Zuma also provide a 2-hour free-flow beverage package featuring Bollinger champagne, along with red and white wines to elevate the evening.

Zuma New Year’s Eve Countdown Party

To ring in the new year in style, Zuma will transform into an elegant and dreamy countdown party from 9:30 pm until 3 am for this special occasion. Guests can look forward to a stunning dance performance on the beautiful terrace, special decorations, a DJ, and live musicians to keep the energy high. An LED wall will feature engaging videos throughout the night, culminating in an unforgettable countdown.
