Highlights include Tuna Tartare with Caviar and Rice Crackers, Wagyu Gunkan with Truffle dressing, Langoustine in Kataifi with Sour Dashi, Seasonal Premium Sashimi and Nigiri Selection, Chilean Seabass with Green Chili Ginger Dressing, Japanese Wagyu Sirloin A5 Grade with Signature Sauces. Join us for the longest free-flow celebratory brunch in Bangkok from 11 am to 3 pm, featuring its award-winning menu, which includes four free-flow beverage packages for guests to indulge in.

Experience these packages that cater to different preferences, starting with the food and soft drinks package priced at THB 3,080 and going up to the most premium package at THB 5,780.

All guests can also enjoy a food menu featuring a generous spread of unlimited signature dishes, including Homemade Tofu with Barley Miso, Ginger, Wasabi, and Spring Onion, Beef Tataki with Truffle Ponzu, Black Tiger Prawns and Vegetable Tempura, Black Cod and Prawn Gyoza, as well as a selection of Sushi and Sashimi. This will be followed by a main course of the guest's choice, such as Shogayaki Chicken with Yuzu Kosho Mayo, Grilled Iberico Pork with Truffle Sauce, or Roasted Lobster with Garlic, Shiso, and Ponzu Butter.
