This opulent feast features an array of dishes crafted with premium ingredients, including Langoustine Sashimi with Caviar , Sliced Chu Toro, Chili, Coriander and Sesame, Japanese Wagyu Tataki with Black Truffle, a Chef's Premium Selection of Sushi and Sashimi, Lobster Tempura with Ponzu and Wasabi Sauce, Miso Marinated Black Cod Wrapped in Hoba Leaf and Japanese Wagyu Sirloin (A4).

To add a sweet note to the celebration, Zuma has specially curated a dessert platter filled with enticing festive treats. Guest can expect the dance performance on the iconic staircase that the restaurant has never been arranged before!
