Festive Brunches

Christmas and New Year’s Day Brunch takes a jolly spin with Zuma dishes, promising a feast that is merry and bright.

Guests will be treated to a parade of starters, including Fried Soft-Shell Crab with Wasabi Mayonnaise, Thinly Sliced Seabass with Yuzu, Truffle Oil, and Salmon Roe, before diving into the main courses. The festive options include Pork Ribs with Sweet Ginger Soy and Crushed Cashew Nuts, and Barley Miso Marinated Chicken Oven-Roasted on Cedar Wood, among others. Zuma will present a special dessert platter, brimming with festive magic and delightful treats. Both brunches are designed for guests to celebrate the season in style, featuring free-flow champagne package to keep spirits high and toasts frequent.
