Festive Daikoku Tasting Menu

From 23rd December 2024 to 1st January 2025, Zuma will bring festive flavors to the table with the enticing Festive Daikoku Tasting Menu. This menu features a selection of Zuma’s signature dishes highlighting Japanese Wagyu Tataki with Black Truffle, Langoustine Sashimi with Caviar, a Premium Sushi and Sashimi Platter, Miso Marinated Black Cod wrapped in Hoba Leaf, and Spicy Beef Tenderloin with Sesame, Red Chili, and Sweet Soy.

The feast concludes with a festive special: Warm Okinawan Black Sugar Orange Cake served with Raspberry and Pistachio Ice Cream.

Ultimate Festive Weekend Brunch and Yashoku Christmas Night Brunch

On Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 28th and 29th December, and New Year’s Day, join us celebratory brunch featuring its award-winning menu and limited-edition main courses. Enjoy a range of unlimited signature dishes before selecting from special main course options such as Shogayaki Chicken with Dried Apricots, Pine Nuts, and Raisins.

From 26th to 28th December, enjoye Festive Yashoku Night Brunch, starting from HKD 1,188. This evening feast promises a delightful blend of flavors and festive cheer, perfect for night-time celebrations.

Both brunch experiences include a special dessert platter brimming with seasonal treats, along with different 2.5-hour free-flow bubbly packages to keep spirits high.
