a variety of seating options complement the main dining area which is dominated by the open plan kitchen. the design is influenced by eastern philosophy and combines ancient culinary customs with contemporary culture
while dining at the counters alongside the open plan kitchen, you can observe zuma's skilled chefs in action.
reservations are not required at the counters and the full menu is available
set apart from the the main dining area, the tosho table can seat up to 10. although semi-private, you can still catch the 'buzz' of the sake bar and the lounge nearby as well as observing the chefs at the robata grill
two private dining rooms that seat 12 and 14 respectively provide a unique dining experience. the sunken kotatsu tables are partitioned by open timberwork, allowing privacy without isolating the ambience of the restaurant.
