Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in pastry in a busy kitchen. The successful candidate will also have the passion to prepare dishes of the highest quality and a desire to acquire new skills. Catering qualifications are desirable but not essential. Zuma London is looking to employ skilled and experienced sushi chefs. 

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience within a similarly high end, high volume kitchen, as well as, previous experience preparing sushi and sashimi in high volumes. Excellent knife skills and food preparation skills are a must. Catering qualifications are desirable but not essential.
